  • No Loss this week due to Losing my grandfather, The reason I gained all the weight I have it because of Depression I had after losing my grandmother 3 years ago, so this time I am so glad to be part of something already to help keep my head up. I will have a loss next week I just know it!!!

    So sorry for your loss, MrsZippy. I lost my mom a year ago and also put on weight. I am just now seriously taking it off. Your grandparents would want you to be happy and healthy!

    Really weird. Right before New Years, I was down to 193. Then I "gained" like 5 lbs. I was eating very carefully-no parties-and working out at the gym everyday. I am brand new to the gym, and maybe there was an adjustment time-Who knows. Now it looks like I'm going back down. Yessss
