Hi all, this is Dana. I have 185.4 today. I haven't lost much, but along with walking I am doing T-Tapp for 15 minutes every morning. I am so far losing inches and not weight so I am thinking that I am on the right track. I don't know if I should just reply to a message and write in my weight or there is a special tab/link/process that I have not discovered yet.0

Just look at the DATE (1/16-1/22) of this thread and compare to your weigh in date.... If next Tues, which is 1/22, is your weigh in, you will post to THIS thread on Tues. Make sense?0 -
