    I have only lost inches but put on with the scales, i have started to excercise 4 times a week and improved my fitness, water intake and green tea intake. I have lost inches so i am happy as i am still improving.

    I am very frustrated, I have been eating good and exercising. I guess the exercise is what made me go up a little. I am not giving up! But is it depressing seeing how well everyone else is doing.

    Up another pound although I have lost inches. It is to be expected when starting a new exercise routine. I'm trying not to get discouraged. :-) TOM is here too. Hopefully next week will be better. It will be week 4 of Turbo Fire and TOM should be on the way out by then. I hope everyone else is having better luck! Sigh!

    My weight has been fluctuating like crazy this past week.

    I'm currently at 184.

    Goal next week is to lose 1 - 1.5 pounds. Slow and steady. :)

    My weigh in days will be on Thursday. I see everyone started off good losing pounds, lets keep it up.

    Today I weighed in and gained. :mad: lets see what happens next week, wish me luck.

    Yes I gained 2 more lbs, but I did not workout that week. Let's see what I can do this week, wish me luck. I would like to hit my goal weight by the end of January witch is 185 lbs.
