Hi, I will be completing Day 2 later (if my muscles allow!), as it's sometimes difficult for me to log on to the full site, I could do with some instant support, maybe from people at the same level who are just starting, to make sure I keep going every day when I start flagging! - please feel free to add me so we can help motivate each other!

About to do days 8 and 9 - I have lots of time today so I am doubling up! I might throw in another dvd if I have time, too.

I'm excited to start level 2. I have only lost .6 lb, hopefully which will change once I'm off TOTM and lose a bit of water. I've been staying below my calorie mark every day but do gravitate toward salty foods on TOTM which doesn't help. I am absolutely seeing a change in my arms and abs! Still can't really see a difference in my legs.

Completed level 1, day 8 last night. Now if I can get my eating back on track while I go through a very stressful time right now. I have to admit though, the chocolate was awesome at 3 am.

Finishing level 1 (day 10) today. Got off track yesterday because SO and I both had the day off and went out. My body felt ROUGH yesterday so I am glad I did! I might do the first day of Level 2 tonight too.

I still haven't seen any weight loss. The lowest my scale's read is .6 lb. I am a little upset it is going so slow - I am meticulously counting calories, weighing or measuring everything, and MFP says I should be losing almost 1.5/week based on my diet and exercise. Trying to be patient because I do see results and I know that's more important, but yikes. This is why looking at the scale is bad!

Finished level 1 and so glad today is the last day. I've been getting really bored with it and I think I'm starting to prefer Yoga Meltdown (sorry 30DS!) and it's making me dread the shred a little more than before. Today was just one of "those days" too - think it's the gloomy, drippy and cold weather. Tired all day and just couldn't get in to the workout. But I'm so ready to try level 2 that I will probably do it tonight!

Today marks day 6 of level 1 for me.

I've done it consecutively, but I'm starting to get a little worn out with it. My left knee began aching a few days back, so I'm being careful, and therefore waiting to add another exercise to my daily routine (ie cardio).

I'm a tad put off since I get tired at the same points during the work-out...meaning I'm not seeing a huge change in my endurance from day 2 to day 6. Certain moves are still super challenging and wear me out. Also, scale isn't budging at all.

At the end of the day, I feel stronger and am no longer sore from the workout, so I just need to be patient and wait for the final results. I'm bad at being patient ;)

    Hang in there everybody!!
