    Today marks day 6 of level 1 for me.

    I've done it consecutively, but I'm starting to get a little worn out with it. My left knee began aching a few days back, so I'm being careful, and therefore waiting to add another exercise to my daily routine (ie cardio).

    I'm a tad put off since I get tired at the same points during the work-out...meaning I'm not seeing a huge change in my endurance from day 2 to day 6. Certain moves are still super challenging and wear me out. Also, scale isn't budging at all.

    At the end of the day, I feel stronger and am no longer sore from the workout, so I just need to be patient and wait for the final results. I'm bad at being patient ;)

    Level 1, DAY 7...and finally seeing an improvement! Funny what can happen in a day! I did more push-ups and was less worn out through the cardio sections.

    Also seeing a loss in weight and inches!

    Day 9 of level 1 done.... Only one more day. Yay!!! I'm almost 1/3 of the way through!!! Taking a couple days off to let my body recover definitely helped.

    I felt a quick stabbing pain in my stomach today while exercising, (I think a muscle wanted to say Hello):laugh: !! I stuck with the 20 minutes though and toughed it out.

    08/01/13 - Level 1 - Day 2 completed
    09/01/13 - Level 1 - Day 3 completed
    10/01/13 - Level 1 - Day 4 completed
    11/01/13 - on weekend trip (hiked 2hrs)
    12/01/13 - on weekend trip (hiked 5 hrs)
    13/01/13 - on weekend trip (hiked 5 hrs)
    14/01/13 - rest day
    15/01/13 - Level 1 - Day 5 completed
    16/01/13 - Level 1 - Day 6 completed
    17/01/13 - Level 1 - Day 7 completed
    18/01/13 - restday, went to the movies instead :)
    19/01/13 - removed loads of snow from the sidewalk
    20/01/13 - more snow removed
    21/01/13 - Level 1 - Day 8 completed (FINALLY, back on track, let's do this, 2 more days for this level)

    Level One, Day 7 - think I'm finding it easier but can't be sure! :laugh: Haven't seen any difference yet measurement wise and the weight has gone up, trying really hard to be patient!!!!! :huh:

    Woo Hoo!!!!!! Finished Level 1 today!!!!

    I have a goal of being finished before Valentines day. I guess I won't be able to take too many days off between now and then. See you all in level 2. :happy:

    After losing some motivation I jumped back in and completed Level 1 days 8,9, & 10 over the weekend. Finally ready for Level 2!

    Day 8 - finding it easier (typically just in time for Day 11!). Still haven't seen any changes in measurements and scales have gone up. Trying really really hard to be patient!! :(

    Finished Level 1 today! So excited for Level 2.

    In level 1 I've definitely seen some increase in strenght. I will measure and weigh in tomorrow morning and will post my results. Cannot wait to see if these first 10 days have made a difference :smile:
