    couldn't find my last entry but this week I am 234.2. Thats a 2.2 lbs drop.

    My weight has been fluctuating like crazy this past week.

    I'm currently at 184.

    Goal next week is to lose 1 - 1.5 pounds. Slow and steady. :)

    My weigh in days will be on Thursday. I see everyone started off good losing pounds, lets keep it up.

    Today I weighed in and gained. :mad: lets see what happens next week, wish me luck.

    Yes I gained 2 more lbs, but I did not workout that week. Let's see what I can do this week, wish me luck. I would like to hit my goal weight by the end of January witch is 185 lbs.

    Sorry I'm a bit slow to weigh in here. I've been at war with the scale recently, but I've won this battle, and intend to win the war, lol. To catch up on the weigh ins:

    It has been a very crazy busy week. I did weigh on Wednesday but never had a chance to report until today what I lost during the week for this 50 day challenge. I eliminated another 3 pounds making it 9 pounds since this challenge started. I have another challenge for which I weigh in on Saturdays thus the additional weight loss on my tracker. Since Jan 1st I have eliminated a total of 14 pounds.

    BF% stayed stable at 23.3% and I lost .25 inches around the belly so despite the tiny gain, not something to worry about. Doing a lot more heavy lifting so I might just need a few weeks to balance out. Also, I realize I don't have much to lose and every little bit will be a fight at this point.

  • I Started on the 1st but I will follow every ones lead. The first three weeks were a veggie and fruit cleans. Now I am back to eating regular food. I am eating with moderation and lots of veggies! I hope the loss trend continues now that I have started up normal food again!
