It has been a very crazy busy week. I did weigh on Wednesday but never had a chance to report until today what I lost during the week for this 50 day challenge. I eliminated another 3 pounds making it 9 pounds since this challenge started. I have another challenge for which I weigh in on Saturdays thus the additional weight loss on my tracker. Since Jan 1st I have eliminated a total of 14 pounds.

BF% stayed stable at 23.3% and I lost .25 inches around the belly so despite the tiny gain, not something to worry about. Doing a lot more heavy lifting so I might just need a few weeks to balance out. Also, I realize I don't have much to lose and every little bit will be a fight at this point.

I Started on the 1st but I will follow every ones lead. The first three weeks were a veggie and fruit cleans. Now I am back to eating regular food. I am eating with moderation and lots of veggies! I hope the loss trend continues now that I have started up normal food again!
