I wish it were more but I finally got a new scale and it's much more accurate than the old one. My old one would fluctuate about 4 lbs within the same 5 minutes. SO frustrating. I had always just tried to average it, but this new one is right on. It did seem to weigh a little heavier at first so I guess I'm just glad it's down some. Let's all keep this up!!0 -

I'm sure I will change my ultimate goal weight many more times as I get closer to the goal number. When I am nearing my goal I plan to have a professional test my body fat and decide from there.0 -
