    Oh my. Not sure what went wrong this week. I really don't think I ate an excess of over 10 000 calories above my TDEE in order to gain 3 pounds! Hopefully by next week I'll be down again!

    I will take the 1 pound loss. I wasn't able to work out this week with scheduling conflicts and being sick. Hopefully I will kick this bug and get back to working out. I want out of the 190's. Keep up the great work everyone.

    I'm not worried about the number going up. I know it's a combination of a number of things including water retention. I'm drinking a gallon of water due to creatine loading period.

    I wish it were more but I finally got a new scale and it's much more accurate than the old one. My old one would fluctuate about 4 lbs within the same 5 minutes. SO frustrating. I had always just tried to average it, but this new one is right on. It did seem to weigh a little heavier at first so I guess I'm just glad it's down some. :) Let's all keep this up!!
