Completed Day 9 Yesterday and today my legs are more sore than they have been since I started! I think that means it's working!0

Today I did the Yoga Meltdown, to change things up a bit.

Level 1 done and dusted on Thursday. I didn't take measurements before I started and am really regretting that I didn't. ( I guess I was just too embarassed to ask someone to do it for me.) Anyway, now level 1 is over I can really see a big difference and my pants are much loser. I lost half a kilo. More importantly I feel great and so energized and positive.
I plucked up the courage to do some measurements so will post differences after Level 2. Have had to stop for two days as been sick but hopefully back on tomorrow or Monday. I am so pleased with the results. Thank you everyone for keeping me motivated so far with all the pics and feedback.0
