Much better yesterday. I got my co-worker and cousin to join WW with me, so that's really given me motivation! I drank a lot of herbal tea yesterday, that helped a lot, too. I gotta admit, I was pretty hungry by the end of the day since I'm so used to binging at night!0 -

Went to a WW meeting last night. It was a little overwhelming, especially since I have a bit of a rebellious streak. I had to fight the urge to shout "Don't tell me how to organize my fridge, lady, I lost 50 pounds last year!" But since I haven't kept ALL of it off, I guess I should keep quiet and try not to let negativity get the best of me. I know the meeting accountability will keep me on track.
On the plus side, my weigh-in didn't go nearly as bad as I thought it would. And my WW leader told me that she was very impressed with my weight loss so far, and is proud of me for coming back before I put all of it back on! I am trying my best to stay positive, and that is the key to avoiding binging for me. I WILL come out on top!0 -
It's been such a stressful month, but for the next 3 days till the end of the month I am going to see if I can be binge-free. Will be back at it in full force in Feb.

Trying to break the cycle, but I feel really good seeing 23 binge-free days this month so far ;-) I have learned this month, ONCE again that crash diets just don't work for me. I get some weight off but then gain it all back plus some in a few days!!! If I didn't binge then I would get to a good weight for my body, so I have got to work through some of this stuff...work in progress :-)0 -

Trying to break the cycle, but I feel really good seeing 23 binge-free days this month so far ;-) I have learned this month, ONCE again that crash diets just don't work for me. Oh and just realized I counted today as a "me" day==hopefully I won't have to come back and change it. I am not feeling all that great today so pretty sure I won't binge.0 -

I haven't checked in since Friday morning. It was not a good weekend in the food dept...any progress I made last week was quickly undone. I had a binge or at least the feeling of being out of control at some point each day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Yesterdway was easy to not binge, I was barely hungry.0 -
