    Did my test on Saturday. Turns out I really suck at push ups :laugh: . Couldn't even manage one proper one with good form, so I've switched to alternative ones. I'll be doing column 2 but from my knees. Ah well. It would be awesome to complete this challenge using the alternate ones and then repeat it with the full version after!

    I accident,y did too many in the 3rd and 4th sets then didn't have much steam left for the last one.
    Definitely getting better at this though :-)

    Week1 day 3 done last night after some Wii fit (Haven't been on that in ages so was really chuffed to find I bet all my previous scores!!)

    Struggeled on the last set of 15 and had to drop my knees for the last 5! How's everybody else doing?
