    Sorry for not being around the last few days!

    I've finally got the app on my phone so hopefully wont happen again!

    20 star jumps/jumping jacks
    15 crunches
    15 tricep dips
    20 star jumps/jumping jacks
    15 squats
    15 press ups (modify as needed, but try and push yourself!)
    20 star jumps
    15 crunches
    15 tricep dips
    20 jumping jacks/star jumps
    15 squats
    15 press ups
    20 star jumps

    15-20 min gentle walk/jog/run
    5-10 min stretch

    Lets do some abs today!

    20 Jumping jacks
    20 Windmills
    20 Jumping jacks
    20 Windmills
    20 Jumping jacks

    15 Crunches
    16 Cross – crunches (8 each side)
    20 sec Crunch hold
    16 Mountain climbers (8 each side)
    15 Reverse crunches
    20 sec crunch hold

    20 Jumping jacks
    20 Windmills
    20 Jumping jacks
    20 Windmills
    20 Jumping jacks

    Nice easy start to the week!

    New exercises:

    Windmill
    • Start standing up right
    • Bend down to touch your opposite toe (or as low down the opposite leg as you can)
    • Stand back up
    • Do the same on the other side
    • REPEAT
    • Points to remember: try and keep your legs straight but avoid locking them out.

    Crunch hold
    • In this exercise all I want you to do s hold the top position of the crunch for a set number of seconds.
    • NOTE: It’s ok if you stomach/abs feel like they are shaking!
