GOOD IDEA! you should start a blog.... I need to take better pics of my food with my regular camera instead of just my phone.
A blog, eh? :P Hmm. Maybe. Been considering it. Posted the recipe up, either way. ^_^Gah! still can't figure out how to post a pic.

^Basic tutorial - better than I could explain.0 -
Leftover lamb-bacon chilli on white rice with cheese, salsa and guac. Weird thing is, 150g of uncooked rice fills me up WAAAAY more than roughly a kilo (1000g) of potatoes. I struggled to eat this.
Really. It's as if I *couldn't* have eaten another two platefuls and dessert. ;D
Primal "Black Forest Ice Cream".
Basically, two frozen, whipped bananas with a scoop of whey protein, two tablespoons of cocoa powder, raspberries and half a strawberry lint bar. OM!
Tommorow night's dinner.
I'm thinking... fried with some grass-fed butter as a steak, with a side of potatoes and eggs, garnished in homemade goat feta gravy. I dunno. Might change my mind, depending on how i feel.
As for dessert, well, I have half a lint bar to finish.0 -

Yum trying this tonight!0 -
Ox heart steaks fried in butter alongside a big dish of roast sweet and white potatoes, garnished in homemade goat feta sauce.
Chocolate coconut flour brownies and raspberries. These were freaking delicious.
Come on, guys. We need more pics on here!0 -
I'm a bit intriged by both nachos and the pumpkin sludge. For the pumpkin all I have to do is puree the pumpkin, cinnamon, and stevia? Even I can do that!0

Those look amazing!!! I am starting tomorrow and will be sure to send pictures your way!0

Salmon fillets with white rice and assorted vegetables. Hell, I love salmon.
Chocolate chip and shredded coconut flavoured coconut flour brownies with frozen banana slices.0 -

What a brilliant idea. ;D
Noms over the past few days:
Ox heart/liver nachos on sweet potato crisps, topped with GY, guar and salsa.
Salmon sushi with a crapton of wasabi sauce. Because I like wasabi sauce.
Pumpkin cinammon sludge. That's a whole kg (1000g) of pumpkin, a tad bit of cinnamon and stevia, left to chill in the freezer for a few hours. Truth be told... that's only half of it. I ate the other half while mulching it up - it's too damn tasty, hot, to cold.
Chocolate caramel version pod the above. Om nom nom.
Goat steaks and baked potato, all coated in a homemade goat-feta gravy, because I felt like being ironic.I enjoy this. Does that make me weird?
these look delish!! def making the pumpkin sludge!!0 -
Pork leg steak with applesauce. Sweet potato fries with greek yogurt dip. Glass of red wine, because I'm so very classy.
Mixed berries on top of a dark chocolate, almond butter protein scramble.0 -

After. A blender could even do the trick.

It's from Paleo Comfort Foods (A GREAT COOKBOOK BY THE WAY)
But I just googled and someone else has copied the recipe online:

I know that rice, potatoes and other white starches and grains are not Primal. I was not aware they were allowed on the Paleo diet, but whatever works for you. Those dishes look great.0
