All Right! This is my 3rd week doing it, and I'm stepping it up to 4000 for this week. I'm feeling a little sick (Head Cold) but I'm gonna do my best to reach 4000.

I'm over my goal!!! Normally, I wouldn't figure in my snow shoveling or the sledding...but I was sick earlier in the week and couldn't do much. Also I was soaked in sweat after shoveling my driveway. We got hit with a winter storm over 6 inches, then sledding down my hill is quite a workout as well especially walking back up the hill.0 -
