All Right! This is my 3rd week doing it, and I'm stepping it up to 4000 for this week. I'm feeling a little sick (Head Cold) but I'm gonna do my best to reach 4000.

Mon: 441 Total (323 on Elliptical / 118 Yoga) ----Slow Start, I know.
Tue: 680 Calisthenics (45 minutes)...so far

Thu: 2306 Total (453/Circuit Training-Weights, 357/Running, 703/Shoveling Snow (60mins we got >6"), 793/Sledding (3 hrs, but only counted 60 mins)

I'm over my goal!!! Normally, I wouldn't figure in my snow shoveling or the sledding...but I was sick earlier in the week and couldn't do much. Also I was soaked in sweat after shoveling my driveway. We got hit with a winter storm over 6 inches, then sledding down my hill is quite a workout as well especially walking back up the hill.
Next Week's goal is getting increased to 4500. No more snow0 -

Sunday......1,700.......Set some new personal records....537 calories (old record 521.7) in 22 minutes...This was 30% incline at 3.2 mph....Did a total of 1299 calories (old record 1223) in 1 hour. Took it easy the next 30 minutes with jogging at 5 mph at a -3% decline and walking at 10-15%..Burned 401 calories in the last 30 minutes...
