    No loss for last Wednesday. But then I got sick over the weekend and today I am down another pound. As this is my last post, I am still pushing for my initial goal of 220 and then down to 200 which is my ultimate goal. Good luck everyone else on the remainder of your weight loss.

    happy with losing 13 for this 50 day challenge
    I have lost 101 pounds in less than 1 year. A very good year. I have about 40 more pounds to go. For me, every single ounce, I really have to work for.
    My plan is 1200 calories, 20 net carbs, 1500 sodium, 60 minutes exercise 5 days a week, 10 cups water or more

    *My results are poor. With 2 weeks of a winter/sinus issue, and 1 week with my ankle slowinf down the cardio, I happy to lost some.

    **What I have learned has been the most rewarding results. I have learned how to eat well & together with exercise which I have come to enjoy, my weight loss progression is becoming a slow & steady process. I can live with that as I see those pounds being
    shed forever !!! So for me I have learned slow & steady will win my race….

    I would like to have more friends on Myfitnesspal. It would be so cool. I have 40 lbs to lose by July and I need all the support I can get.

    Like they say take it one day at a time and small changes does help, also try to drink at least 8 8 oz of water :drinker: a day and try to cut any soda out. Good luck on your journey. :flowerforyou:

    I am doing a walk at home program lets see what happens. Goal is to lose 8 lbs for the month April, I have been stuck and have not lost I have been gaining. Wish me luck.


    April 8 Monday - 191 lbs
    April 15 Monday - 190 lbs :smile:

    Doing my walk at home program I have lost 1 lbs so far, let's see if I can reach my goal by the end of the month. Wish me luck and good luck to all of you on your weight-loss journey.

    April 22 - 189 lbs

    I did not meet my April goal of 184, but I will take what I have lost so far it is a pound a week. Let's see what march brings. Oh ya I started doing the 30 Day Shred tomorrow will be the last day of level-1 and then on to level-2

    I step on the scale this morning and gain 4 lbs, how is that possible I have been working out everyday unless that is 4 lbs of muscle I don't know.

    May 6 192 lbs

    Well I guess I will keep working out and those lbs might disappear. I am doing the 30 DS Level 2 and every other day Slim in 6 phase 1.

    6/6/13: 164.8. Down two pounds overall! I'm not sure if it was a fluke or not, but I am noticing my legs are looking better. I also signed up for my first marathon and started training! Yippeee!!!

    Since May 6 I have lost 4 lbs so far.
    June 03 190 lbs
    June 10 189 lbs 1 pound loss so far, but I keep going up down, up down I don't stay on a steady path.
