    Hey all, i would love to join the challenge. I havent worn a bikini since high school, had my son and ballooned from there (im 29 now) so my goal this summer is to shop the bikini section in the department store and not feel like i dont belong!

    my stats:

    SW: 187 since 2/27/13
    CW: ? scale broke, have to update this one later
    GW: 135-140

    Non-scale victories I would like to experience before July
    1. go to the Gym twice a week.
    2. to drink more water (i hate it)

    My name is Keya and I'm learning to eat healthy and exercise. It became normal after marriage and kids to let things slide now I'm back on track to get to my fighting weight lol

    SW: 306
    CW: 281.5
    GW: 200

    I know this is just a summer challenge and I'm not going to hit my goal weight fast but I'll join anyway
    I currently work out 4 days a week use MFP to track my daily eating habits and exercise totals
    I'm currently doing the BeFit 90 I've completed Day 2 yesterday!!

    Non-Scale Victories:
    I would like to actually try working out in the morning once it gets warmer
    To wear a normal bathing suit in the Summer and not the "fat" flowers lol

    CW: 290.8 (3/08/13); 1.2 lbs. Gone!

    292 (2/21/13); 3.2 lbs. Gone!
    295.2 (2/12/13); .9 lb. Gone!
    296.1 (2/05/13); 2 lbs. Gone!
    298.1 (1/29/13); 1.5 lbs. Gone!
    299.6 (1/26/13); 2.4 lbs. eliminated (mid-week weigh-in)

    SW: 302 (1/23/13)
    GW: 252
    NSV 1) Stay focused, 2) increase Cardio duration, 3) Drop 2 clothing sizes, 4) Have Active Rest Days

    Happy Mothers Day to all the mum's in the group I hope you're spoilt rotten. :flowerforyou:

    Checking in my results.
    I decided to try not to weigh except every other Sunday, I lasted one week and cracked :laugh: so I have decided to change it to every Sunday instead. Today I got a lovely gift, I am now at my lowest weight I can remember.

    1st March - 218.6
    10th March - 214
    17th March
    24th March
    31st March

    Goals for the week.
    1) Back to at least 4 exercise sessions.
    2) Drink loads more water.
    3) Continue to resist all naughty carbs.

    Here is to a successful week for all of us. :smile:

    No loss this week. I think I'm going to stay off the scale for a couple of weeks. I'm getting obsessed, depressed and putting too much pressure on myself. My next weigh-in will be March 25th.

    You still did not gain and that is something to be pleased with.
    I bet next time you weigh you will see a big loss and it will be all the more sweeter.

    I'm back to weekly weigh in's I just couldn't cut the mustard with fortnightly.

    You'll get there so keep your spirit high!

    I can totally understand. I'm weighing in once a month now because I had come to the point where I'd hop on the scale every single time I went to the bathroom. I think that stressing over the scale and obsessing over it, adds at least five pounds. :wink: Stay away from the scale for a while. I'm sure you'll see some changes soon.

    CW: 174.5 (down 1 pound since last week)

    NSV for this challenge:

    1. Fit into my size 10 suit for Easter Sunday (almost there I think )
    2. Exercise 3-5 x a week
    3. Work harder to stay within my daily calorie limits

    2/21: 177.5 (met this one)
    4/21: 160
    6/21: 143
