Oh thank goodness!!! I thought it was 80 each leg but since it's 40 each leg I am Done!!!
I was definitely dying, I am also currently doing level 2 30ds so lots of squats everyday0 -

In the gym class today, we had to do 90 curtsy squats and another 70 regular squats. We also did 15 jump squats between each set of exercises, which equals an additional 120. I think I had today covered.0

Couldn't do those so I did 80 regular squats but still proud of myself0

I do log mine... Go to the Exercise category and click on Add Exercise on the Strength Training.
Also, my 80 are done! These were a little difficult, seeing as how it challenged my balance a little more than I thought they would. I felt more burn in my lower back than anywhere else! Ouch! Felt good though.0 -

I did a total of 125 curtsy squats throughout the day. I was unable to do the rear leg lift because it had me too unbalanced.0

Dis 80 wide leg squats, there was less pressure around my knees. I will bp going to my PT to make sure I'm strengthening all the right muscles to keep me injury free0

Well..I attempted the Squat of the Day and fell over a few times. It was hilarious. I ended up just doing 80 Goblet Squats instead. My balance is horrible.0

I got them done slowly, but still done. They wern't as painful as when we first did the Curtsy squats. My legs are very sore still.0

Done. I agree with everyone that has said, that was the hardest yet!!!0

Day 1-50 squats (2 sets, 25 reps)
Day 2-55 squats (2 sets, 20 reps; 1 set,15 reps)
Day 3-60 squats (3 sets, 20 reps)
Day 4-Rest
Day 5-70 squats (2 sets, 35 reps of curtsy squats; and 1 set, 20 reps of prisoner squats )
Day 6-75 squats (1 set, 25 reps of prisoner squats; and 2 sets, 25 reps weighted squats - 20 lbs)
Day 7-80 Curtsy Squat Rear Leg Lift (completed with 3 lb weights)
Day 7 was difficult as first, but I got a little better with each one. Balance, Balance, Balance! LOL They were hard, but I enjoyed them.0 -
