Hi girls,
I'm hoping to lose 16kgs, so approx 37 pounds. I'd like to lose the first 20 pounds by the start of June (I'm already 3.5lbs down!), which isnt going to be easy but I'm pretty determined!

Hope your week is going well. I'm a little frustrated as I'm eating well all week, but the scale doesn't seem to want to budge. I weigh in at WW tomorrow and unless the weight loss fairies visit me over night I fear I might be the same. I know I should only be weighing in once a week, but I can't help it. Usually if I see the scale moving down it motivates me to stay on track for the week.0 -
