SATURDAY: 50 jumping jacks, burpees, or mountain climbers
SUNDAY: 50 squats or lunges
MONDAY: NO WEIGHING YOURSELF. 30 minutes cardio.
TUESDAY: 75 reps of your favorite exercise(s).
WEDNESDAY: 50 reps of your least favorite exercise(s).
THURSDAY: 75 reps of any bodyweight exercise(s).
FRIDAY: Weigh in!!! 30 reps of a new exercise, or one you don’t normally do.0
