My birthday is the 11th! I've been on a super strict, doctor supervised diet so its most definitely going to be a cheat day for me, but I'm still going to try to make it just a cheat and not a binge... But anyway I'm in!

It's 8.30pm here. I had less than 3 hours sleep last night as my little one was unwell. Since first thing this morning I wanted to binge (being exhausted and trying to stay awake is a huge trigger for me). I am proud to say that so far, no binge! I am sitting in bed, watching TV & enjoying some of my favourite snack food (in a per logged and pre decided amount). I'm confident that when the portion is gone I will just go to sleep (I often get confused and keep eating when I'm tired rather than just doing what I need to do - sleep!).
Still, I always report my scores the morning after. I hope that when I wake in the morning I can report that I did not binge and I've earned my first win of the months.

I really went over what went wrong this last couple of weeks and saw that trying to eat low carb and not getting near enough fat is what was leading to the weekend fat filled binges. Changing up the macros and setting a higher protein and fat ratio really made today much more easy to cope.
