5/07 - Stressed out over non-weight related health issues and binged during lunch because of it. Have to remind myself that binging won't solve that health problem and will only make my other health problems worse.0 -

So far, so good. I have searched the kitchen a few times as I would pre-binge, but I have no interesting food and no money to go buy anything... so that is helping. I'm really working on keeping my mind in a thankful and up beat place.0 -

Considering that today was Diet Day 1: Part 50 (in which I realized that I gained back all 10 pounds I had lost since January), my scoreboard is
