Hi, I'm Dana. I just joined this group, one of my MFP buddies Tatyanakuster told me about this and I think it can really help me!
Considering that today was Diet Day 1: Part 50 (in which I realized that I gained back all 10 pounds I had lost since January), my scoreboard is

I was doing so well today, then I came to work and bad food was thrust in front of me. I couldn't resist and I hated myself for doing it. But hopefully tomorrow is another day.
I'm so glad you are here, these people really are so open and supportive
One day, one hour, one meal, one bite at a time0 -
Hi everyone. Sorry I'm feeling a bit drained to respond to what everyones going through. Hope everyone that was down is feeling better now. Really felt like having a binge yesterday as I prepared myself for my Grans funeral. Just managed to keep it together

I also would like to say that since I have been really focussing on this I have lost 1.8 pounds of the 4.6 pounds I gained back to be completely back on track. Very happy and I feel better.0 -
I am so sorry for your loss.0

Tonight I snapped. I'm if fearing from it now with reflux and heartburn.
If anyone was confused, my ipad Autocorrected my last sentence, which should have said I was suffering from reflux and heartburn.0 -

Starting to get a little anxious about Mother's Day. We will be going to a BIG hotel brunch and I know I'm going to overdo it. Trying to eat a little less the rest of the week and Saturday so I can have a few dessert items. I normally would never binge in front of other people but they will all be eating too much to notice what I do.0 -

Could have gone 8-0, but I knew my dinner was going to be bad, so I made sure to hit the gym and watch what I ate during the day. Wasn't the best day, but at least I was under MFP calories0 -

SO proud of myself today, I feel like I've had a real break through day. I've managed to;
Eat when I was hungry
Stop when I was full (this is new for me)
Enjoying every mouthful slowly, consciously & without guilt
Leave food on my plate
And here's the biggest one - I had a bowl of trigger food (you'll never guess what that was ) as a planned, within calorie allowance treat and I stopped half way through it, realised u was full & put it back in the fridge for tomorrow. This is HUGE for me.0 -
