    Do not mean to sound like a wimp, but I have not excercized(sp) in yrs. so starting out slow. 12 MI. for month walking and Leslie. I really need to start building up my muscle. I did warmup walk cooldown today and feel great.

    My youngest daughter wants to join the challenge. She would like to try 25 miles. She is 9.

    Gulp-you are an incredible role model impossible target for me to match but I will do my best thanks for telling me about this thread!
    I have managed 3.5 miles today-better than my usual 2! 46.5 to go


    You are doing great and 40 miles is a great improvement for you, sooo go for it. If you carry on doing 3.5 miles per day you will have done 108.5 miles this month. You underestimate yourself. Keep walking

    Just got my stats for first 6 months of year from Map my Walk.only comes to 159 miles walking outside so to do 50 this month is a real challenge for me. Did another 3 today so 43.5 to go!

    Mind you this does not count the times I did Leslie's videos but no idea how often for those!

    2 miles walking outdoors

    Goal for July: 40+ combined miles

    So far: 0 Leslie/ other walking DVD miles

    So far: 2 outdoor miles

    Trying to get back into the swing of things after my busy month of June and my routines being non existent. Although I did do quite a bit of walking about I did hardly any DVDs so it will take some doing to get back up to par again.

    Super great to see so many new walkers joining in with us for this month's challenge!

    Belly Blasting Walk: From the back of the package: "The program starts with a 2 fast mile cardio walk that's infused with special belly flattening moves like the core rotations, standing curls and more. Next you'll to the floor for a series of exercises that are rating among the best to engage the full core including the abs, waist, back and even the glutes."

    From the front of the package: Two workouts: 2 Fast miles plus a targeted waist slimming session.

    You can always go to collagevideo dot com to see reviews and a short clip of the workout. Or to Amazon to read reviews of the DVD.
