Yep, still doing LS Ultimate 5 Day but I will be changing it up in the next few weeks and still waiting for my LS's Belly Blasting in the mail. Come on, Mr. Postman Not off to a great start because of personal issues and extra errands, but I am hoping to make it up as the week goes on. I think I can, I think I can....

Been unmotivated and depressed for the past month due to personal family issues. Only able to force myself to do the NuStep once a day and only because Barn Hill expects me to. Please help me...I used to LOVE exercise and now I HATE it... Been on the South Beach Diet since June 9th and have lost 3 pounds. I suppose it's a step-at least the plateau is broken. Thanks for hearing me out.
