    So I'm jumping in. I am new to MFP. My goal is 40 miles. Week 1 total is 10 miles.

    Hello Monday July 8!

    Yep, still doing LS Ultimate 5 Day but I will be changing it up in the next few weeks and still waiting for my LS's Belly Blasting in the mail. Come on, Mr. Postman :p Not off to a great start because of personal issues and extra errands, but I am hoping to make it up as the week goes on. I think I can, I think I can....

    07/01- 5 Miles
    07/02- 4 Miles
    07/03 - 3 Miles
    07/04 - Happy 4th of July! No walking, but swimming all day!
    07/05- 3 Miles

    07/06- 0 Miles
    07/07 - 0 Miles

    06/08- 0 Miles

    July's Goal- 55 Miles

    Been unmotivated and depressed for the past month due to personal family issues. Only able to force myself to do the NuStep once a day and only because Barn Hill expects me to. Please help me...I used to LOVE exercise and now I HATE it... Been on the South Beach Diet since June 9th and have lost 3 pounds. I suppose it's a step-at least the plateau is broken. Thanks for hearing me out.

    Goal: Maybe 30 miles...we'll see

    Friday: NuStep 1 mile

    Sat through Tues 2 miles a day NuStep

    Total 17 miles
