    Been unmotivated and depressed for the past month due to personal family issues. Only able to force myself to do the NuStep once a day and only because Barn Hill expects me to. Please help me...I used to LOVE exercise and now I HATE it... Been on the South Beach Diet since June 9th and have lost 3 pounds. I suppose it's a step-at least the plateau is broken. Thanks for hearing me out.

    Goal: Maybe 30 miles...we'll see

    39 miles left till I reach my goal!! I think I might just pass it up!!

    I haven't done any LS workouts for a few days due to being busy getting ready for a yard sale and some other things going on but I have been trying to walk every where I can and even just walk in place when I have a few mins wether I am brushing my teeth or what ever it might be. I love my walking app on my phone!
