    Sorry I am so behind on logging - had my granddaughter last week and crazy work week this week. I am so proud of all the walkers this month and YOU motivate me! We have to keep walking strong!!

    7/1 - WATP 2M Power walk w/ 4 lb weights
    7/2 - Just Walk 2M belly blasting walk
    7/6 - 3M Walk off 10 lbs
    7/8 - 3M 5K with a twist
    7/18 - 2M Walk off even more weight w/2lb weight belt
    7/19 - 2M Power Walk with Friends w/3lb weights

    14 Down - 26 to Go

    I better get walking! Not giving up until I reach 40.
