I have 2 kids, ages 5 and 4. 4 and a half months ago I slipped on some ice and broke my ankle really bad. Had surgery and 10 screws put in, gained 9 pounds during this time. I am currently in physical therapy to regain strength and my ankle motion. Need to get back into shape.0 -

Pretty much doing a lot of running. I don't feel particularly awful about my weight, but I remember feeling my best at 135 so that's where I'd like to be. I'd be fine though at 140-145 though if i'm more toned.0 -
