    Okay today is my first day working out.......

    Day 1 = 0
    Day 2= 0
    Day 3 = 1451 (Walked 4 dog miles, 2 JM workouts Punch, Mowed the lawn 60 minutes. Busy day!
    2049 left or a minimum of 683 calories a day.....time to get busy!
