    Day 2: 460 calories burned (jogging intervals on the treadmill)
    Day 3: 810 calories burned (pushed a 33 lb toddler in a stroller for about 3 miles; spent 2 hours walking around the zoo--sometimes carrying said toddler lol)

    sorry guys forgot to add what i did
    I do 15 mins weight lifting machines , 20 minutes on the treadmill just started jogging but can only make it 1 minute at a time walk most of the time but getting better , 20 minutes on the elliptical with resistance set to 4 , was doing a 1 so brought that up
    and i also do the bike for 20 minutes at resistance at 10 and speed 10.
