    How do you accurately post your work out? Under what? I have the 3 mile dvd, but I'm not sure how to log and what the correct calorie count is.

    I'm very late to this party --- but I'm brand new to MFP!. I usually do power yoga /Body Pump classes, Cathe Friedrich weight training and kettlebell training. However, I'm currently nursing a mild rotator cuff injury so I can't do much weight training. While it heals, I plan to average 2 miles each day with Leslie. My goal is 15 miles each week / 60 miles a month with Leslie.

    August 25: 3 miles (2 miles - Walk Away the Stress + 1 mile from 5 Big Miles)

    JumpingJacs, For myself I log my walks as cardio exercise. I either use Aerobics, low impact or Walking, 4.0 mph, very brisk pace (both have the same cal count) for most of my miles. Doing it this way averages out the warm up and cool down/ stretches as well as the actual walks.

    For some of the DVDs with the several boosted intervals or faster miles I will use 4.5 mph. Those are my estimates and it has worked well for me.
