    Big week! Not sure if I will be able to keep it up though. Time is an issue - all up it took me nearly 18 hours to burn all those calories and I didn't get much else done.

    Day 1: 750 (harvesting grapes for 2 and 1/2 hours)
    Day 2: 654 (jogging for 20 mins, Jillian Michaels Hard Body Workout 1 45 mins.)
    Day 3: 666 (Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones 50 mins, light cleaning 60 mins.)
    Day 4: rest day
    Day 5: 700 (jogging for 20 mins, JM's Banish Fat 50 mins)
    Day 6: 700 (jogging for 20 mins, JM's Hard Body workout 2 for 50 mins)
    Day 7: 627 (JM's Extreme Shed and Shred level 1&2 for 65 mins)

    I DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't know if I could, and I proved that I can. So exciting!! :) I don't know how you all do it everyday, especially the 1000+ ones. Maybe one day I can do that too. :)

    Day 2: 719 (Insanity Fit Test, Running and Walking, Bicep Curls 3 sets of 10, Front raises 3 sets of 10, Overhead Press 3 sets of 10)
    Day 3: 400 (Day two of insanity (plyometric cardio circuit)). I am sure I burnt more as I was dripping in sweat! But just a conservative calorie count using MFP's General Circuit calorie count. I have a rubbish HRM, I need to change to probably a Polar brand.
    Day 4: 1,013 (Insanity Day 3: Cardio Power and Resistance, Walking 6.5km, Bicep Curls 3 sets of 10, Front raises 3 sets of 10, Overhead Press 3 sets of 10)
    Day 5: 1053 (Insanity Day 4: Cardio Recovery, Walking 7.59km, Squats 3 sets of 10 reps, Lunges 3 sets of 10 reps, Crunches 3 sets of 10 reps)
