Day 3: 400 (Day two of insanity (plyometric cardio circuit)). I am sure I burnt more as I was dripping in sweat! But just a conservative calorie count using MFP's General Circuit calorie count. I have a rubbish HRM, I need to change to probably a Polar brand.
