Hello everyone! This is my first day joining myfitnesspal and I want to really jump in! I am not super overweight for my height and build however do not feel comfortable with my current weight. My husband and I are wanting to have children in the near future and I would like to be thinner and in much better shape than I am now. I just went off of some medication I was taking and gained about 10 lbs. so I really want to get that off at the bare minimum but ideally would like to lose around 30 lbs.
