    I have PCOS too and understand the struggles with losing weight and trying to keep it off. Story of my life. Hopefully we can kick PCOS' butt this time around!!!

    I'm in the same boat! But I've lost 62 lbs., so I know it can happen. Just keep at it and don't quit!

    total weight loss of 3.6lbs in one week. it feels great however I have had a horrible week thus far (my week starts on Wednesdays). Back on track today but just feel horrible for eating so bad for so many days :sad:

    I feel awful I had one night of drinking which I never do and I woke up this am 7 pounds heavier!!!!

  • I had to weigh myself today instead of yesterday because I didn't have a scale yet.

    Been on holiday (2 weeks) and entertaining this weekend (Put on 6 lbs since start of hols) so I need a challenge up to Christmas to achieve my ultimate goal of 11 stones. Noticed one of my MFP friends joined this group and she weighs the same as me right now so that should hopefully motivate her to work hard. You know who you are, looking forward to seeing you break the 170 barrier soon. Stick to that motto of yours. Good luck everyone.

    My life has been pretty busy and by my own admission I was not completely honest with my logging. Also, on Saturday I had a baby shower and a bachelorette party and went way over goal. I am busy this week too, but I am determined to exercise more and stay within my goal. Congrats to everyone with losses!! I am looking to lose more like 10-15 lbs by Christmas so hopefully I can catch up in the next couple weeks.

    Ok so I just finished a group like this and lost 16lbs. I've got another 10 to go to my personal target and 20lbs to go if you listen to UK guidelines. I figure somewhere n the middle is probably about right!

    So, as of today my weight is 173lbs.

    Hey everyone! Sorry I'm late! I work 12-hr days both Saturday and Sunday; so I don't normally check groups then. I just log in to keep my number growing ;)

    SW (for this): 163.4
    CW: 161.1
    LOSS: 2.3 lbs!
    EEK! I am excited! I have been plateaued for SO LONG! I'm hoping this challenge will help me break it for good!

    A little late- I don't normally weigh on weekends...

    BUT I lost an inch from my waist in the last 4 weeks as well as 1/2 inch from my hips! I'll take that! And hopefully for next week's weigh-in, I'll see a loss!!

    Remember this is most likely water weight. Drink lots of water and flush the system. You will be fine!!!

    Hi

    I have joined late!! Wanting to shed my last 20 pounds by Christmas! Really plateued recently and have been stuck at current weight pretty much all summer.

    Need accountability so please add as friend and shout at me when I'm not logging food and exercise! My stats are:

    SW - 217
    CW - 149
    GW - 129
  • I have to confess that I started to skip this weeks weigh in because I'm not happy with my results. But nope, I'm going to stick to this no matter what. I gained 1.2 lbs. Crazy sodium intake last night. No worries. Next week's weigh in will be better. Good job everyone.

    Good for you! That is such a hard thing to do and you should be very proud of yourself. Stuff like that is what has derailed me in the past and you just help my mindset about why we shouldn't do that. See you next week!
