    Gain .6 lbs this week.

    I started weights and a different kind of workout, hoping for a better loss next week. Not liking the Saturday weigh in...Fridays are not a good day for me!
  • I feel awful I had one night of drinking which I never do and I woke up this am 7 pounds heavier!!!!

    This is all water retention. Start over, drink tons of fluids (i also drink LOTS of green tea to flush out my system).
    don't let it stop you from keeping on! You can do this

    Wrong direction. But not terrible! AND, my Dr. lowered my bp med (again) today - so that's still progress!

    Pretty pleased, but I know it was a lucky week so I'm just going to be grateful for those weeks that are harder :)

    Aargh, it's going the wrong way. I've been "stuck" in the 180's since June. Trying to not get discouraged, but it's impossible to be "perfect" every. single. day. I do my best, and "life" happens, and the scale doesn't move.

    I keep fluctuating. 181 to 183 to 181.8 then to 185! Yes, I am weighing myself more than once a week. I'm doing the 30ds and eating under my calorie goal except on my anniversary where I went way over.

    SO I joined this group at 180 but 1st weigh in i was 185 so I want to give a more accurate weigh in then my initial one.

    Challenge SW: 180
    Week 0: 185 (unfortunately up 5lbs TOM had arrrived)
    Week 1: 185 (No change :cry: )

    Ooops, I forgot to log this weeks weight on Saturday!

    SW at week one - 157lbs
    Weight at weekend Sep20th - 156.5

    just a half pound for me this week, lets see what this Saturday brings. :ohwell:

    I guess I didn't post my weigh in... Dang ADD plus everything else going on..

    My Saturday weight was 156.0lbs

    My plan is to lose 2lbs per week.. I'm working hard to do it but not going to beat my self up if I don't

    Every pound is a VICTORY! so congrats on your 1 pound loss!
    I can go several weeks without losing much at all, and then have a week where the scale drops dramatically. Just be patient, keep doing what you're doing, and hang in there! The results will come!

    I just joined the group and haven't weighed myself yet. I've been scared. :embarassed: but this post is inspiring me! Tomorrow morning, first thing, I am stepping on that blasted scale and facing the music.
