I started weights and a different kind of workout, hoping for a better loss next week. Not liking the Saturday weigh in...Fridays are not a good day for me!0 -
I feel awful I had one night of drinking which I never do and I woke up this am 7 pounds heavier!!!!
This is all water retention. Start over, drink tons of fluids (i also drink LOTS of green tea to flush out my system).

I can go several weeks without losing much at all, and then have a week where the scale drops dramatically. Just be patient, keep doing what you're doing, and hang in there! The results will come!0 -

I just joined the group and haven't weighed myself yet. I've been scared. but this post is inspiring me! Tomorrow morning, first thing, I am stepping on that blasted scale and facing the music.
