    My goal will be 15 miles this month; the other days I will be doing other work outs--love my step aerobics that is kind of walking but I have no idea how to calculate it.....

    Today I walked for 30 minutes

    Day 2: walked 1 mile
    Day 3: walked 1.5 mile
    Day 4: walked 0 miles

    Miles left to walk: 11.5

    Day 8: total steps for the day:7646 this is about 3.5 miles (2000 steps equal 1 mile)

    Day 3 - 2M WATP Brisk walk w/stretchie

    Day 5 - Miles 1 & 2 of 5 Mega Miles
    Day 6 - Rest
    Day 7 - 2M Belly Blasting walk
    Day 8 - Rest - well, really lazy is more like it
    Day 9 - 5K with a twist

    13 Miles down!!

    I'm happy to report that I lost 1.2 pounds since last Wednesday. I know it's from getting back into a regular workout routine. Thanks for the motivation!

    Tonight, I used the Burn Body Fat & Sculpt Your Arms for two miles. I'd like to work myself up to a three mile tape, but so far I've been using the two mile ones (High Calorie Burn, Walk Strong, and Walk and Kick). I keep telling myself not to use the one mile tapes because the two mile is just ten minutes longer, but I can't seem to mentally prepare for the fifteen additional minutes between the two and three mile tapes. I'm thinking if I stay steady for October with the two mile, I can add three mile tapes in November. :bigsmile:

    AZChatterB, Congrats on the weight loss. Sounds like a good plan to stay steady until you are ready for the increase. And of course, after the increase you can always mix the miles up on any given day between 1 and 3 miles to keep your body guessing :laugh: .
