    Hey I like the theme for this group, I could relate to it straight away as in the past my "diet" has always started "tomorrow" after each time setback. No more of that! Everything starts NOW and as of today.

    Its 11:45pm on Wed Oct 9th- so I'm planing out my day for tomorrow before I go to bed. This is for tomorrow since today is basically done.

    Just for today I will eat more fruits and veggies.
    Just for today I will walk for at least 23 minutes.

    Did you do it? I just got done with mine. I usually try to workout in the mornings, but it took a lot of talking to convince myself that I wanted to.
