I was very aware during this and it wasn't a bad one. I didn't have time to workout..and then I let cravings get the best of me.0 -
It is now october 10th! And I am proud to say I have not binged or even thought about bingeing at all this month so far!
Every day is a new battle against the binge for us, we can fight through this.

I'm happy to still be staying ahead, despite how crappy I felt after these 2 recent binges. I have to try to remember: I am in control. Every day is a new chance to conquer. And 2 episodes won't set me back to square one. I can move forward from here without backsliding further.

Had to share this in case you all have not seen it. I do not have cable TV so I had not seen it.
This youtube link which is about 22 min long is awesome insight into why weight maintenance is hard. I have learned over the years that weight maintenance is harder than losing weight and keeping it off. A must watch if obese and you have ever yo-yoed. You have to watch the whole thing. Knowledge is good because even though hard, it is possible to maintain weight loss for sure -- especially with knowledge. Many of the things on here I have read before.
