Haha I'm good at hiding the weight I've gained, but with summer and my sister's wedding coming around the corner, I really want to lose some fat and get in shape. Right now, I'm using the nike running app to start running again. I'm also incorporating strength training. I'm not quite fit enough to do the free cross fit sessions offered on Saturdays, but I eventually want to do this :-)0 -

My real goal is to get back into better shape and toned. I used to be a very active athlete but it fell by the wayside in college. I want my body back! So it's more of a non scale goal but it's nice to have a number to shoot for.
I've never been much an endurance person but I signed up for my first 5K in June and started the Zombies, run! app this weekend. Sad to say I would have died in the apocalypse but I'm working on it!
