    karencymru, take care of yourself while you are getting better. Join back in as you feel up to it. List whatever exercise you did to make note of exercise here if you feel like it, even if it doesn't count for miles as such. I want you to feel welcome however you are getting your exercise.

    Understand about missing a Leslie walk :wink: Sometimes I use another instructor's walking DVD to shake it up. And it is all good, but we do like our LS walks :love: .

    Oh, no problem at all Karen! Thanks for checking in. So glad to hear you've been feeling better! I understand what you mean about shaking up your workouts. That is a very healthy thing to do IMO.


    I didn't post yesterday, but I did a Jessica Smith walk (Youtube) for a little over 30 minutes.

    I'm currently maintaining, but I've been using Leslie's video a lot because I have/had a lot of events, holidays, parties to attend between October - December. I've been testing out to see how my body reacts to increased lower intensity workouts, but eating slightly more and allowing more treats then usual (within reason). So far so good. My body composition has been changing (stronger calf muscles, thighs are getting a little smaller, tigher core), but my weight has remained the same. I'm very happy and going to continue!

    Yesterday I only did 1 Fast Mile. Today I dusted off the 4 Mile Power Walk DVD. I really like the intervals in that one. I am having a tough time getting into using the newer releases. I love the fresh bright settings, the new music and moves in the ones I have, but I don't know...I miss the old gang and can't really relate to the newer walkers. Oh well!
