I slacked off in November, gained weight, and barely worked out. Time to turn it around!
My goal for December is 30 miles.
Dec. 1: elliptical instead
Dec. 2: 2 miles

December 2nd - 2 miles (split) + Fitness Blender Workout

I have been a slacker. So to get back into the groove, and not over due myself my goal is to walk 40 miles this month with my girl Leslie. That is 2 miles a day 5 days a week!!!

I only have the original 1, 2, and 3 mile walks that use the weighted balls. I've added four additional DVDs to my wishlist! I'm planning to walk at least 10 miles a week (that is the 2 mile walk 5 days a week) for a total of roughly 40 miles for the rest of this month. I did 3 miles today.0
