    I slacked off in November, gained weight, and barely worked out. Time to turn it around!

    My goal for December is 30 miles.

    Dec. 1: elliptical instead
    Dec. 2: 2 miles

    I have been a slacker. So to get back into the groove, and not over due myself my goal is to walk 40 miles this month with my girl Leslie. That is 2 miles a day 5 days a week!!!

    I'm heading on a mini vacation to a city I've never been to before for a few days and plan on doing lots of walking and exploring. I am still going to log my meals, watch what I eat and will log in here.

    I only have the original 1, 2, and 3 mile walks that use the weighted balls. I've added four additional DVDs to my wishlist! I'm planning to walk at least 10 miles a week (that is the 2 mile walk 5 days a week) for a total of roughly 40 miles for the rest of this month. I did 3 miles today.

    Welcome overcometh! You have a good plan! LS oldi goldie walks are great. My library carries some of them. Let us know when you get a DVD on your wish list :smile: .
