    I'm hoping I won't need a "day off", I'd like to maintain my current level of weight loss. If you do alter your calorie "bidget" would you mention it?

    Woke up, showered, oatmeal w/cinnamon for breakfast, 3 cups water, DH snowblowing driveway so I can get to work, hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work I go. Looking forward to my first Zumba class tonight. Have a good day.Wendy

    Today was rough! I was too busy this to exercise in the a.m. like I usually do, and I was very tempted to skip it altogether ... BUT this challenge helped keep me focused on my goals! So I'm happy to say I pushed myself to exercise this evening. :-)

    No, you just answer "yes" when I ask if you were underbudget for the day.

    Yes, yes, and yes!! I am taking it a bit easy with the exercise because I hurt my back but I spent over two hours today scrubbing a house that hasn't been lived in for a year so it was pretty filthy. Im more exhausted now than if I had gone for a run!
