    Today was tough, but I feel much better at the end of it knowing I didn't turn to stress eating :)

    A very stressful day at work, short staffed. Feeling awesome now that all is done. A few moments with DH before bedtime. I love the accountability!!

    Did I work out today - yes 1 mile run and 30 minute of weight training

    I love this challenge. My husband invited me out to lunch today. This normally would have been a day I would say screw it I am eating whatever I want and I won't have time to work out. Not today, because of this challenge I made better choices for what I ate at lunch and made sure I worked out when I got home from work.

    Not a perfect day for me today (only 39 calories below goal and ate cookies and chocolate milk), but if this is my new "bad day" I'll take it.

    I had a great day today and it finally felt like Thanksgiving was over. It was a great holiday and a wonderful long weekend but I'm happy to be back into the groove.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. There were donuts at work today and I didn't eat any of them. :drinker: this did allow ,e to have a glass of wine with dinner.
