    Did I stay within the calorie budget I set for myself today? Yes
    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - power walk at lunch b/c I couldn't get my morning workout in.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Going to up my calories for today (Weds)... Usually 1200, upping to 2000. My son is requesting dinner out (at the most unhealthy joint in town! lol!) if he passes his karate belt test. Can't say no to that!!! :) Already got over an hour in on the elliptical this morning to help counteract what happenings may go on this evening. lol!

    I bet you will be pleasantly surprised....you won't do all that bad!! :flowerforyou:
