Hello MFH's (My Fitness Homies). Yesterday was a pretty good day for numbers, although I ended up getting invited to imbibe with a couple of friends of mine. Alcohol ended up being more of my daily budget than I've ever seen it be before. Kinda feeling it today. :yawn: Still, I'm pretty pleased with day overall. I hope you're all feeling proud!

Going to up my calories for today (Weds)... Usually 1200, upping to 2000. My son is requesting dinner out (at the most unhealthy joint in town! lol!) if he passes his karate belt test. Can't say no to that!!! Already got over an hour in on the elliptical this morning to help counteract what happenings may go on this evening. lol!
