 overcometh35, that is an awesome workout indeed!! I do like that one :happy: . Happy Birthday to you alsoGot a new video for my birthday this weekend! I can now to 1, 2, 3, and/or 4 miles all from the same DVD. All together as one program or I can pick and choose the miles!

 It is an awesome workout. I did all 4 miles as a set on Saturday and did miles 1 and 2 today. I love it.

 Hi, welcome to the group! I mix other workouts in with my Leslie Sansone workouts, so I have a hard time deciding on a goal too. But that's okay, just pick a number and get moving :happy: As long as it motivates us to exercise, that is really what matters!0
