    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! It was easy today. I will take it. I even had to look over my diary a few extra times, but no mistakes! I know other days will be tougher.

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yup. Took my dog for a walk in the cold. (cold for the south, anyway..... windy and 28 degrees) 31 minutes and 1.7 miles

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

    Funny thins is, when I count calories, I automatically eat better!
    Not sure if everyone else is like that...

    in fact, I when I diet I find that I usually am consuming too few calories - for example after dinner this
    evening I was still under 1200 calories total for the day! Needless to say, I was thrilled that I was able
    to go back for seconds! and I am more full and eating tastier food than when I was eating all those
    empty calories!

    and amazed that I already feel like I have more energy! I could go on and on but I'll stop for now...

    today was a bad day...........i went out for dinner and could only guess at the amount of callories
    it was a small local restaurant so no nutritional data.
    i also did insanity so i hope it evens out
