This winter is terrible here in Quebec!It's definitely not a great winter for running... :grumble: Injuries are just around the corner if you're not careful. :sad:
After having snow and freezing rain last week followed by polar temperature (-45F) for 4 days, it was impossible for me to even think about going out for a run. And now, the weather's perfect for a run, -17C (1F), but with the very strong winds, it's impossible to stay on your feet with the icy roadsYesterday morning it was 21F, pouring rain, and around lunch time we got freezing rain (again!), and a bit of snow over night, while the temperatures drop to -28C (-18F). :huh:
