After shoveling snow for an hour, I walked into town for lunch to get my miles in. I will make my goal but I have some work to do. It sure is a struggle to keep moving in the cold. I'm supposed to do a nice long run this week to train for my next marathon. Is it better to do like Momof2boys and suck it up on the treadmill? Or do like Laura6887 and run with icicles on my face? Proud of both of you for getting it done!

I am starting to feel better. :sick:
My miles for last week aren't the best but, I'm moving. YAY for getting in roughly a mile a day last week walking in short bursts. I'm trying the elliptical tonight at the Y and possibly trying for getting back on the bike.
