Up and done... I think I'm odd in the fact,I'm awake ages before my alarm, and have to force myself to stay in bed until 5.30 before I get up and exercise.

I went a bit crazy this morn...45 minutes workout,then 10min ab routine 100 squats (doing a challenge) and then 2 mile walk to work.
Should have gone for run though...going to rain for days now apparently0 -
morning all! First day back at the gym after being poorly (didnt make at the weekend as wasnt better :-/ ) It was hard!! Gald i went though, just looking forward to home time... may be a long day at work haha!0

I was there this morning in the rain walking the dog at 6 am, I did ask him if he really wanted to go.....:laugh: . It was a good brisk and wet walk today, now I am feeling very tired, and unlike the dog who has gone back to bed I am at work....:yawn:0

Oooo that was hard this morning, snooze, snooze, snooze so only 25 mins in the pool this morning and that was enough so 20mins in the sauna as treat.

bit late to the gym this morning. managed to get on "the floor" by 7:15 so only did an hour. It was hard but had a little NSV. Managed to do 2 actual pushups! Never done one before that wasnt on my knees hah! Wonder if i can do 3 tomorrow... :-)0
