    Ok, I've been a sluggard (mileage wise) for this month so far. I at least have been moving doing zumba and other none mileage activities. If the blasted weather would ever clear up I'd be able to knock out some miles!!!! ha ha ha

    10.12 miles for the month. I think I see some long rides on my stationary bike in my future to make up my miles!

    I got 20 more miles on my bike Monday and 2 miles on the elliptical yesterday. I can't hit the gym today though :(
    But tomorrow, I will be there bright and early! I have been crazy busy and I'm now having to play catch up

    Well... I am to be a good girl and not run for at least 48 hours. I ended up dislocating 3 tendons in my ankle yesterday morning. Did manage to walk 3.5 miles anyway yesterday afternoon :blushing: What! :indifferent: Nobody said anything about "no walking" :ohwell:
    But I only did upper body weights & abs exercise this morning... and I didn't do any burpees Janet, just like I said I wouldn't :bigsmile: My ankle is very stiff anyway, and it's now very colorful... looks like a rainbow this morning :laugh:
